I had to leave only 3 months prior to my lease. I had to move overseas to be near my family and my dying grandmother. I communicated it to them 2 mo. prior, volunteered my deposit, placed ads on several websites, had about 20 perspective renters contact their office and a day prior to my move I get a 24 hr eviction notice already filled with the court systems.
