Harlen Sumner did an excelent job. i showed him the trouble spots and he did the rest. we are still roach free. in the future he is the ONLY service rep i will let do the work. he knows which places are the trouble spots. i will not have to be here to show him. he was very polite and explained what he would do to the trouble spots. and so far it's working. thanks John Tuthill ...read more
