It actually doesn't deserve any stars. Employees are Incompetent & do whatever they can to charge you more money. Word to the wise, of they tell you that they need to put your stuff in an 18x18x18 box and it seems way to big to you, it is. Any size box after 18x18x18 gets charged for 30 lbs. (unless it weighs more than 30 in which case this won't apply) which is more expensive to ship. They'll charge you for shipping the 18x18x18 and when you leave, cut it down so it becomes a 18x18x12 or whatever, profiting them and ripping off you, the consumer. Oh, & if you question it & say you want a smaller box they'll charge you for both. This store should be shut down for lack of common decency. ...read more
