I am not an employee pretending to write a positive review and I am not a competitor trying to slander these guys. I bought from desert art supplies on a weekly basis for over a year. These guys are not geared up to deal with larger customers. The high mark-ups are not justified because the products I bought had progressively lost quality, to the point that it was unusable at times. I still sucked it up and continued to buy from them, but their attitudes and business tactics have turned me off completely. Not recommended for businesses to use since you cannot rely on consistent quality, and they never make up for mistakes. Too bad they didn't get their act together. I'm moving on.
