Bob is the best agent we have ever used--I might mention that we are not novices at buying and selling homes. We have bought or sold about 9 homes within the last 12 years. He knows his market so he priced the home right. He always took the time to answer all questions and concerns quickly and courteously. Also, he did a great job of promoting the home--the photos on the listing were very good and the listing was complete. We got 3 offers the first week. Due to his knowledge of the market, we ended up getting about $15,000 more than we had hoped! The house closed within 30 days of his listing the home.
