we ordered a tv from dell,tracking it on line,it was last scaned leaving salt lake city on oct. 12, today we called to find out where it was,it is now the 14th,when we called mgl trucking they told us it wouldnt be here untell the 20th,on the home site for mgl trucking it says that they have a quick responce time,i don't consider 2 days a guick responce time.we were told that some one was trying to get ahold of us,we have been in the same house with the same phone nunber for 30 years,not hard to get a hold of ,we have caller id and there has been no calls from any one from mgl trucking.i just hope that the tv works when we get it. ...read more
