We had an awful experience eith Michelle. I paid a substantial amount of money for my ring as well as traded gold and gems. A diamond fell out the day before my wedding. My ring had to be "reworked" 3 times by Michelle. My white gold ring has had a hint if yellow ever since and I have been told by two seperate jewelers that I was sold a piece of junk that I paid too much for. I was also warned that several if the other diamonds were about to fall out.I had not even been married 2 years! I gave Michelle the opportunity to make this awful situation right. She didn't remember trade that we made and said that the ring was $1000 less than my receipt showed! Her solution was to offer me $250, because that's what it was worth to her. Needless to say that I am very sad and upset about my experience. I traded jewelry that had been in my family for my wedding ring that I can no longer wear.
