I would give zero stars, but that isn't an option. Their Web site boasts "Pay for our services for two years and we'll match any other agent's price." Not so much. They won't match if your other agent offered you the first year free and $99 after that, and they'll insinuate that you are trying to get away with something by saying, "Well, you don't want to pay our regular price of $125 per year and....."
