I came to Pilates Santa Fe while on a business trip to New Mexico. They were friendly, informative, CLEAN STUDIO, and a ton of equipment. I did a lot of exercises and used equipment that I had never tried before. I had such a fun time, and they knew how to work with my physical limitations. I have been a member at Undisputed Fitness for almost a year. I first joined because I was curious about Crossfit. I started coming twice a week and quickly committed to three times a week. Crossfit is the best workout that I have ever gotten. I really push myself and find that the class environment helps me to overcome my limitations. I love working out in a social environment and find that I am making new friends and I feel very invested in the people that I work out with. The coaches are very knowledgeable and extremely supportive. They actually call me when I am slacking and they haven't seen me for a week or two. I have never had a gym take such a vested interest in my own success. Crossfit is becoming part of my entire life, inside and outside of the gym. It demands that I ask more of myself. We just started a Paleo diet challenge and there are 15 other people doing it including 3 of my coaches. I love Undisputed. Next I am going to start doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! ...read more
