I would urge anyone thinking of doing business with this company to really think twice. They will hold your damage deposit for more than 30 days and nickle and dime you for thinkgs such as lightbulbs and dust. Very immature unprofessional company that is unethical and extremely hard to deal with. I'm a property owner that used Dela Mesa for 4 years and has regretted since. Never updates you on what happens to your property and I was fined hundreds of dollars by HOA because they didnt' manage my property. When I called and asked what happen, they said "I don't know". Very questionable repairs. They charged me a cleaning fee, but did not do any work. I had to have my realtor clean it again. A major reason I had to sell my property. Dont trust Del Mesa. If you've been to their office you will notice how messy it is so dont be surprise if they cant remember making any appointments or not returning phone calls. Make sure to take photos of the house before and after you move in.
