I was in need of a car in the worst way. My Husband was Diagnosed with Cancer a few years back and now its progressing and unfortunately our Health insurance stopped paying. We are good people but we had to file bankruptcy. To make things worse our old ford tempo decided that it had drove its final mile and blew the transmission. I went to go see if anyone would sell me a car so I could get to work and take my husband back and forth the the hospital for his treatments. After weeks of trying and being looked at like a scumbag and feeling like a complete failure, I stopped in at Ram Motors Auto Sales in Rio Rancho. What a pleasant surprise. The staff there listened to my story and assured me that they could help me out. Within a few hours I was driving away in nice suby forrester AWD. I love this car and I promise I will be back again. My buying experience with this dealer was simple,fair, and honest. If you are in need of a nice used car in just about any price range this is a great place to due business. I did not feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships and if you've ever experienced that feeling before then you know what I mean. I've had my car for a couple of years now and I don't regret it a single bit. I did have one mechanical issue but the shop told me it was normal wear from the miles I have put on. It didn't cost me a single penny because I made a decision to purchase an extended warranty that paid for my repairs and provided me with a rental car while the car was getting fixed. I guess you would be a complete moron to buy a used car without mechanical protection. Well maybe not if you're the type who wipes your backside with $100's. I drive a bunch of miles commuting to work everyday and it's just about time to go visit Ram Motors again! I highly recommend this Dealer! ...read more
