We are glad to have this kennel in our town. The staff have been very helpful to us in emergencies, and always take good care of our dog who is "nuts". I took my friend's keeshund to be groomed by the lady at Old Mesilla Kennels. This poor guy had a few dreadlocks and was a bit of a mess. He was scurfy and stinky. He was returned to me groomed to AKC standards. I don't know what those are but he looked very dapper! His scurf was gone and he smelled wonderful! He still smelled great when I gave him back to his owner 3 weeks later. \t\n\t\nI am curious why some people have had such bad experiences there and some people have had great experiences? Perhaps the bad ones are from the competition? And who knows about the good ones? They seem bona fide to me. The bad ones seem too histrionic to believe. \t\n\t\nWho knows?
