PMR is not the premium property management company in this area. I rented from PMR once. They charged me for items on my 1st walk through paper out of my deposit, instead of repairing off of the previous renter's deposit. They also did not return my deposit within 30 days as the law requires. How can you have a real estate business and have an outdated website. No virtual tours and still proclaim to customers you are the real estate company to deal with.
