We (my husband and I) have been trying to get internet service through comcast since MARCH 2013. It is now August. We finally get the worst of it done (because of our location digging along the driveway was required) the line is in the ground. We just need them to come in, bring the cable through the wall and hand us the router.. The crew leaves without saying a word to us. We finally get a (completely separate) technician to come out and he doesnt knock, doesnt wait more than literally a minute before leaving! He tells my husband that he saw the address and assumed we still needed the dig but our driveway is clearly torn down the center. Anyway, the technician then proceeds to shut down our account. He closed it out. He had my phone number and he did not call to confirm anything. Meanwhile we are trying to call the company and there are literally 11 different phone numbers listed for the company and all of them lead to someone far away. Poor service. This is the second time I have come into the store and felt like I was bothering the person behind the counter from her computer. We were the only ones in the store at the time. We had questions about the moble broadband. The lady was rude with her tone and was not helpful. We left went down the street to the other verizon store got our questions answered and we purchased the broadband card there.
