Alto is a small town that is located within the county of Lincoln in New Mexico. Major attractions for the Alto area include the Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts and the Ski Apache. Alto is known for being a part of the Lincoln National Forest. Among the biggest companies in Alto are Mountain Spa Doctor and Folk of the Wood. The biggest schools to be found within the Alto region are the White Mountain Intermediate School and the Ruidoso High School. One of the best places to visit when you are in the Alto locale is the Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club.
