As a home stager with my company Casa Vero, I visit and consult with lots of homeowners who are preparing their homes for sale. While some of them are totally ready to pack up and move on and to follow the advice I give them as a professional stager, others are ,,well,, not so much. One of the most dificult concepts for some homeowners to accept is the idea that the home they love will become a "product" that will need to be packaged (staged) properly in order to attract a buyer. It means letting go of a very personal attachment that many homeowners may have had for years. That basically, it's not your home anymore. By now, many Realtors and homeowners as well, have learned about the basics of de-cluttering and depersonalizing the home. You know,.. take down the family photos.. keep the beds made and the bathroom clean.. weed the garden, etc. And thanks to the popularity of the home staging and shows on TV such as HGTV , and DIY, many are observing the tremendous value that uprading with staging can bring to a property. However, even with all of the websites and TV shows and advice from anyone and everyone, the process of letting go can be the most dificult aspect of selling your home. So, please don't be offended if your Realtor asks.. "Do you really want to sell your home?" This is THE most important question he can ask!  If the answer is YES, then this is when you, your Realtor, and your stager or redesigner can get to work and make your home the one that shines. Think of it this way,.. When you go shopping for say, shampoo, what is it that makes you choose one bottle over another? Often it's simply the packaging! The property has 2 private owners. On the east side and the west side. I rent in the units on the west side. These units have more problems from being owned by a SLUMLORD. These apartments are run down and get repaird by hired help who show him creative ways of.how to fix needed repairs with spit and.bubble gum. Tenants do have rights and unfortunely because he rents to people who have a language barrier from a culture other than the USA they are oblivious to their rights. Rent as of 2014 is $500. No pets are allowed and they are on a month-to-month residental agreement. Non speaking english people have dominated these units to furthur enhance the poverty look border line ghetto and low end quality of this property. ...read more

I have been with Protection 1 for over 7 years and just found out that they had a product available that would make my life style easy do to our demanding work and travel schedules. Web & Mobile Control allowed us to have contractors, our house keeper, and even family members enter our home without ever giving a key or alarm code to anyone. I truly have control on who comes and goes at all times.
