Would not recommend this escrow company if you can avoid it. I had heard they were not very user friendly but the seller insisted upon using them. I make balloon payments on my loan and when I called to ask for the reammortized monthly payment, I was told to figure it out for myself. When the employee's supervisor came on the line she said, "We don't get paid to do that". They have been servicing the loan for a year and each time I call, I am given different instructions. This company failed to conduct a thorough title search on a property in Rio Rancho end of Sept 2009. Because of this the new ower now has a fraudulent title and I was never paid for a lien I have on file. This company will not discuss the issue with me to resolve. Instead I was told to get a lawyer. I will be representing myself as I have documentation of the lien and so does the County Clerks office Rio Rancho, NM. Check with the Better Business Bureau for more details. ...read more
