The good lawyers, however, can make no promise as to outcome; the only promise we can make (and try to deliver) is to do our best. Doing our best includes always telling your the truth about your exposure and dangers as well as your strong points..if a lawyer just tells you before you hire him or her how great your case is, you can bet they are just trying to get you to hire them. Honesty includes telling the truth to you from the beginning of your relationship as attorney and client, even when the truth may be a little painful.WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DUTY I OWE MY ATTORNEY?
