I brought in a printer, got no claim ticket or receipt...was told they would call me and let me know if it could be repaired or fixed and how much it would be for parts and labor. I filled out paperwork on me and the printer. I never got a call. Waited over a month. Went by to check on status and was told they have no record of me or my printer and they only hold parts for 30 days. They had this notice on their wall. I never got any paperwork or call from them. Now they claim it is my fault because I didn't call them. They never called or left ANY messages as a good company would. They are liars and cheats and the MGR was extremely rude. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Before I get to my own review, I want everyone to know that this UPS Store will face the consequences of its horrible customer service--IF enough complaints are filed with the store's parent company, MVE. Please, file your complaint by calling MVE at 1-888-346-3623. They need to know that they have an awful person representing UPS, and the only way they'll find out is if you file a complaint with them, and not just on this site. I have only been to this UPS Store a few times to drop off a package, but after today, I will NEVER go there again. The representative working there--an older, African-American woman (who is the owner's wife, I found out)--is one of the most unprofessional, condescending, and completely impolite "customer service" representatives I have ever encountered. She should NOT be working with customers because she has absolutely no sense of what courteous or professional behavior is. I was so upset with my experience in the store that I didn't even leave my packages with her--frankly, I don't trust her. At all. And I was upset enough to not only create an account to be able to post this review, but I also contacted that UPS Store's parent company--and I encourage all of you with a negative review to do the same. I was told by a MVE (the parent company) representative that if enough complaints are lodged against the store, they will indeed take legal action.
