Hated it! In the 2 years my daughter attended this school (age 2-4), springstone successfully instilled in her a complete hatred for school. Their expectations are developmentally inappropriate--i.e expecting a 2 1/2 year old to wipe themselves without assistance after a BM; expecting a 4 year old that no longer needs a nap to stay on a cot in a darkened room for 2 hours--the teachers were inflexible when approached & the director just told us what we wanted to hear, but nothing changed. At age 2, my child sustained severe lacerations to her head & ear while at school, but the teachers claimed they didn't know how or when it happened & meeting with the director, again, was worthless. I have been taking my children to Kids Castle for a year or so now. I feel my kids are safe there and they love it. I do have a few concerns though that I just don't feel comfortable telling the director because I don't want to question her... ...read more

From a parents experience with West Bluff learning center was not the best. My Child was continuously injured at this center. My son has had black eyes, bruises, bumps, and an injury to his head. Also, my son on more than one occasion came home with soaked diapers and a rash on his little bottom. Not to mention when you bring your concerns to the staff, the staff does not follow proper procedures and argues with parents displaying a situation that is unprofessional for a place that states that they are a great place to bring your children. I wouldn't consider this center a "Learning Center" because the staff doesn't teach your kids no academics. My total experiance with this center was a nightmare.
