To anyone who needs and depends on caregivers to be there for their loved ones PLEASE DO NOT use this company. At first sight, the representative from the company presented herself and organization well. I indicated the importance of finding the "right" caregiver for my grandparents and urged taking time to find a good match rather than someone to just fill the time needed. It took a week to establish, and the caregiver was scheduled to start Thursday morning; no call no show. After speaking with the company they stated there was a "communication problem" and that she would start Friday morning. Friday morning comes; no call no show. She did show up around 11:15...too bad her shift started at 9:30...\t\n\t\nWe wanted to try another caregiver as once she was present there turned out to be a difference in personalities and my grandparents requested someone else. Have it be known, they have a caregiver who they adore so it's not simply having someone in the house that was the problem.\t\n\t\nThey told me they would replace her ASAP...again I reinforced importance of a good match. I called 5 days later after I didn't hear back and they replied..".oh yes we have someone and she will start Monday." I thought to myself, "Would be nice if someone would have called to inform me of that," but nonetheless was happy that they had found someone who they described as "reliable" and "has a lot of experience."\t\n\t\nCan you guess the ending??? Well here it is, Monday and again no one showed up and no one called. When I called to speak with Alliance (since no one but my am caregiver called to inform me that she didn't show up) all the rep could say was, "I'm sorry." That just doesn't cut it!!!\t\n\t\nMy mom always told me "You can say sorry the first time you make a mistake/bad choice, but if you do it again, you're really not that sorry."
