Friday Nights with Guitar
Last night, November 30, was our second event of this nature. We were honored to hear great guitar and song from Bill and John. They are both professional musicians who have a wide range of talent. We encourage local residents and art patrons from all over Albuquerque to join us on a F riday night, between 7:00 and 10:00ish. Thomas Kitts also was here. He is one of our participating artists. Whether you live near enough to south San Pedro to walk over, or you must get in your car, you will be glad you came to appreciate the variety of art we display, the company of other adults in conversation or song, and the free endless cups of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Friday Nights with Guitar
Beginning Friday, November 23, we will stay open until 10:00 PM ish for a time of live music, adult conversation, quiet reading or sketching, chess or scrabble...We want local residents and patrons to have a place to meet on a Friday night. There is no charge, and the coffee, tea, hot cocoa is free. You are welcome to drop in and stay a few minutes or as long as you want. We'll give this a "college try" and hope that it catches on. Please let us know what you would like to see or hear. Notify us if you play an acoustical instrument and would like to play here. Southeast Albuquerque is short on this kind of entertainment.
