WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I just went in to buy a plastic trim ring to fill in the space around my car stereo. After a ten minute wait, a clerk, ( who is obviously still wrestling with English as a second language), retrieved a plastic trim ring. I told him that the part seemed too small to fit. He became confrontational and informed me that he , "knew his job", and that if it didn't matter because if it didn't fit I could bring it back. It didn't fit, I brought it back and was told that it is the right part. I tried to show them it didn't fit, but they simply cursed at me and said "we don't do refunds or exchanges and that the purchase was final. It was only a twenty dollar part.
