Me and my fiance purchased a 2017 Ford focus and we couldn't be happier ,as far as service goes it was over and beyond we didnt have to wait long at all very perfesional and very friendly ,the staff that worked with us was mk he was so respectful and he kept he's word the whole time and that is hard to find at previous dealers we had issues with that but he said he would help my family get in a car and we are more than happy to be in our new vehicle thank u again mk and all rich Ford staff ...read more
