We took in our sedan for them to detail, and it came out nice, so we took in our minivan about a month later. What a disaster! Should have known to be wary when Matt immediately complained how he hates detailing vans. Not only did they not clean the inside well, but they broke things! There was a pool of murky water left in the center console, it seemed they only vacuumed and did not shampoo, mirrors were left with spray and not wiped, and the latch to the floor board where the seat folds down was broke off. They were obviously in a hurry and didn't want to do it. Furthermore, the following day, the electrical system of our van went haywire. I can't say for sure that they did it, since even the dealership couldn't find what was wrong, but when none of the buttons work, the wipers won't turn off and the dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree, something had to be mistreated. I called and gave them a chance to make things right. The man I spoke with (the owner, I believe) said to bring it back in so they could redo it.
