I'm still beyond disturbed and upset that I waited overnight in freezing temps for someone to come and fix my furnace or to even look at it .... Now I'm being told I only called once. My furnace went out Friday night and I didn't think about the home warranty until Sat but I called as my animals and I were FREEZING on sat and the answering service didn't know the hours of operation (which I JUST learned are SUPPOSED to be 24 hours) and NO ONE FREAKING BOTHERED TO CALL ME AT ALL !! I HAD NO HEAT IN THIRTY AND BELOW WEATHER !!! Absolutely ABSURD and UNACCEPTABLE !! Not very impressed with the LACK of concern !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!! RIDICULOUS !!!! BS !!! ...read more
