The apartments and property are decent but the manager (Susan) makes living there a nightmare. She is unprofessional, rude, and difficult to deal with. The property owners should be available to understand how the manager treats their tenants. Parking lot needs improvement because the spaces are too close together, this can be fixed. Unless they change management I would not recommend living there. Plenty of other apartments in Albuquerque to make you feel comfortable and "at home". Donna has sold a property for us that started out as a nightmare, we had used a different Realtor to buy the house as a fixer upper. What that Realtor didn't tell us cost us a lot of money.
