I represent a band and was seeking a local agency to help design its debut EP as well as create a campaign supporting its promotional branding and merchandise. After reviewing the company's portfolio and learning that the owner had ties to the music industry, I called to request a quote for services. From there, it only got better. Eric, returned the call the same day and began right away providing drafts while staying in touch to ensure I was satisfied. He worked according to my guidance soliciting feedback, but also offered his own professional approaches, which proved to be beneficial to our final product(s).
