This location lost my package after sending it from S.C. Manager Richard has been making promises, the past several days and not following up. On August 23, 2014 @ 12:19 pm, I spoke to a Manager named Rob. He was no help, because all he was good for is hanging up the phone and me. This location can't accept that one of their carriers can't perform their job. If all these people dislike their position. They should find a new career. I have many years under my belt in the management position and I would never treat a paying customer like this staff doing. Remember staff we pay you.
