No one in the company knows how to adjust, repair or solve problems with central air conditioning. New system was installed and they came out six times and still do not know how to get the compressor to cycle on and off. Repair man has to read the directions each time and still can't figure it out. They are polite. ...read more

I am very disappointed with the service we have received from A & G. We paid nearly $8000 for an AC/furnace to be installed, and when there was a problem, we were told that we would be billed for 4 hours, but they would credit one because of where we lived (whatever that means???) Anyhow, they ran the pvc pipe that releases water to the back door (during the cold winter, it freezes and poses a safety hazard-a sheet of ice). They were willing to move it to outside the sunroom door where it would still pose the same problem or outside the shed entrance yet again posing the same hazard. My husband asked if they could run it into the drain for the washer (approximately 10-15 feet away), hence the 3 hour labor charge. I feel that after paying nearly $8000, this safety hazard would have been corrected as an oversight on their part, but it wasn't. When my husband called the president James, he would not answer, and had his fearless receptionist deal with the dissatisfied customer. ...read more
