My dad called about a hot tub that had a leak at an o-ring and was overheating. He spoke with their repair guy who agreed to come down and take a look. He offered several possibilities and said that he had o rings. When he got to Los Lunas, the drive costing 85$/hr, he asked my dad why the hot tub wasn't full. My dad responded by saying it leaks, like I told you. The repair guy said well I don't carry the o rings with me and we'll have to fill up the hot tub and let it heat up. At 85$ an hour of course. We said no way and sent the repair guy home. @ 85$ an hour and called to complain. The mgr said it just makes common sense. Fine.... if you're a repair guy. What about everyone else? Tried to pose that question but the mgr wouldn't even listen. These guys are incompetent at best, and maybe/ crooked. Go anywhere else. ...read more
