These people are jerks. I don't know why the City of Albuquerque uses this company. Even if your a victim of a crime, they do not help you. They charge an arm and a leg for crappy services. I ended up hospitalized for a little over a month and somehow my mail from them got lost. But when I asked for a new copy of the letter and what they did to my car and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. But before she did that, she told me that I should get my attorney if I wanted answers. I am definitely talk to the city counsel and ask them to use a better company. BROKERS BEWARE!! I was contracted to pick up a Nissan Juke from them. When I got there he demanded that I sign his paperwork stating that I had taken possession of the vehicle. I explained that I could not sign the papers until I verified the vin # and inspected the vehicle. I explained that I did not even see a Juke on his property. He told me he would drive the vehicle up to the fence if I paid him $50. He became very angry. He pushed me back and grabbed my BOL and personal drivers license information out of my hand and told me to get the hell off of his property. I filed a report with the local Sheriff's department. When the officers went to this business to try and get my paperwork, no one would answer the door. Again I was contracted to pick up this vehicle and transport it to an auction.
