I ordered a product from this so-called company and spent an additional $30.00 for expedited 2-3 day shipping. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Originally they wanted to blame the U.S. Postal Service for neglect when the U.S, Postal Service informed me that I was charged for the shipping label but they NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I called back this shody company and was told after my persistence that I would receive a full refund and a confirmation email stating that a refund would be credited back to my card. After 5 days no refund, no confirmation email. Called back and was told someone would call me back... I didn't feel like dealing with their lies and faulty, coniving company so I simply called my bank and reported FRAUD! And that is how I had to get back my money.
