Took my bike their for the first service,and have the handle bars changed 06/29/13,i was told today 7/3/13 by the owner that the wire housing in the throttle was ripped out and had to be fixed no phone call .HOW brand new bike 2013 1600 miles on it ,does the so called repair with out telling me first.then calls me today 7/3/13 and tells me the bill is a thousand dollars. I was in there somewhere in early to mid june of 2013. I called before hand to ask if they could look at my bike and tell me what i had to fix it. And they said they would print me up a diagram. I told them what time i would be in. They said not a problem. Well when i arrive, i go to service desk. I have to wait 10 minutes before anyone recognizes me standing in front of them. When they do ask me what i need, i tell him. he says ok, and then helps the next customer. and the next. and the next. and the next. Blatantly ignored me. I guess since i wasnt putting any money in his pocket, i wasnt all that important. Well needless to say, i will never step foot in that place again. Horrendous customer service. Fortunately I've never stepped foot in the establishment nor will I ever. I did however purchase a used vehicle from Keith Boyce and three weeks later at a routine oil change we were told the gasket was leaking and it would cost 1700.00 we paid 4800 for a used MIstubishi Eclipes and we were told it was in excellent condition. My daughter is a 20 year old student and works as well . She pays her own bills and lost her car in super storm sandy with no payoff she used her savings to pay for this car only to find out it was in need of a 1700 dollar repair. I gave Keith Boyce the opportunity to help with the repair and he has completely ignored any requests. If he deals this way in his personal life I would not trust him at his business.
