I was treated extremely unfairly by a technician with this company. The language used by this person to me was rude and inappropriate. Additionally, he was smoking cigars in my driveway and ecigs in my laundry room where the repairs was being made. This same technician also misdiagnosed my heating problem, overcharged me for the issue at hand, and never really fixed the real problem. Calvin is extremely professional and a very personable man. He worked so well with his team to convert our home from oil to gas. He was also willing to tell us what he was doing and why and to instruct us on maintenance of filters for the future.
