Was not pleased at all with the service I received. The arrangement I ordered on 2/11/2011 for my wife, to arrive on Valentine's Day, did not arrive until almost 9pm - long after she had already left for work. I called the store at 4pm and offered to pick up the arrangement because it had not arrived, and I was told I could not because it was already out for delivery. On top of spending way too much money, the balloon that was to be included was missing. Delivery person was rude and claimed they knew nothing about it. Also, delivery person arrived in a compact car, making it very hard for me to believe that when I called at 4pm that she was driving around for 5+ hours making deliveries without having to stop back at the store. Which in the end means that when I called I should've been able to pick up my order and be refunded the $15 delivery charge for them to take ALL day to deliver my order a few miles down the street, while my wife was at work.
