When I hired Alfred Animal they were unreliable, acted in bad faith, and never did anything effective for the $347 advance payment that I gave them. If you look at thier company web site it says 100% guarantee but on the receipt, there is a statement that says "No Refunds". Apparently, "no refunds" means that they do not have to provide any services for any of the required advance payments. There is no mailing address on the receipt. Nor is there a contractor license number. As a result of some recent research, I found that the NJ Secretary of State has revoked the LLC registration of Alfred animal due to failure to file annual reports. I checked with Essex County and the business is registered under a totally different address than the LLC. I also found seven complaints with the Better Business Bureau - higher than the average company of this type. I would never attempt to hire this company or Rick Constantino "owner" again. ...read more
