I love the classes here! I go to at least 4 a week, and the instructors are all very personable and super friendly and will remember who you are. It's also a really supportive environment and they have a bunch of fun team building things they do like ab challenges and DJ nights. The workouts are great, definitely a good cardio hour. I practice MMA myself and these classes are good for beginners as well as experienced fighters for a good round of bag work. ...read more

I lost 40Lbs since I joined when it opened in June. This place is tucked away off the beating track off of Spruce Street. They offer Boxing and have a real 20 x 20 ring and real pro-boxers to train you. Classes haven't started yet. But they will be included in y membership.
