I was unfortunate enough to be a victim of Doctor Ismail. This Doctor prescribed drugs without an examination. He had the audacity to cover his errors by using another doctor's letterhead.I was tested for drugs and alcohol when I was admitted (I made a stupid statement on the 211 line). The tests showed negative for drugs and negative for alcohol. Despite this result ,this doctor reported on a release form for my CDL physical, that I suffered from alcohol abuse and Bi-Polar disorder. This in effect, invalidated my medical card and my CDL. I drive a truck, I cannot pass a physical for the DOT because this doctor, whose qualifications I have grave doubts about,made an error. He has made two errors. He Refused to correct it. He's made three errors, if he thinks I will let this go. He is extremely wrong. I am in the process of finding a lawyer. This doctor should not be on staff at this facility. His attitude and demeanor is not consistent with a qualified doctor. William P Romano I-732-261-9126 I am looking for legal remedies and monetary compensation. I WENT TO COS TODAY 5/3/12 FOR A LINGUAL FOSSIL MASS!!! POSSIABLE TUMOR OR JAW BONE CANCER. THAS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE EASTER SUNDAY WITH SEVERE PAIN!!! I DONT HAVE DENTAL INS BUT DO HAVE MEDICAL INS WHICH THIS PROCEDUER WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER. I BROUGHT FROM MY LAST DENTIST FROM WEEK PRIOR ALONG WITH AN MRI AND CT SCAN ONLY FOR COS TO TELL ME THEY NEEDED TO TAKE THERE OWN XRAYS BECAUSE THE ONES I BROUGHT WERENT CLEAR. AT $120. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $1060 CASH OUT OF POCKET BEFORE THEY CAN CONSIDER IT TO FALL INTO MMY MEDICAL INS. AT THAT POINT I GOT OUT OF THE CHAIR AND THEY TOLD ME I OWED THEM $240 WHICH I PAID FOR THE VISIT. WHEN I ASKED IF THE CAN GIVE ME SOMETHING FOR THE SEVERE PAIN THE NURSE TOLD ME KNOW SINCE THE DR DIDNT TREAT ME..WHAT WAS THE $240 FOR????
