My BMW 325xi came off the dealer warranty - so I was looking for a service center that had extensive experience with BMWs. I had my oil and filter changed and the car fully checked out. They discovered my front rims were bent and that my tires were shot. They showed me exactly what was wrong to my satisfaction. This definitely explained why there was so much road noise and a rough ride from my car. Larry took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a competitive estimate (which I compared with other shops as well as dealers). I had all the work done within a week and the car rides even better than when I took it off the show room floor in 2006. This is a response to the previous post. The Porsche 911 in case was in extremely neglected and bad condition when it has arrived to our shop. The complaint was that the car could not be started. After a careful inspection we have revealed at least 15 serious problems with the car out of which seven could individually cause the non starting problem. We advised the customer who required us to consult with her "expert tech" in Georgia every step of the way. Every step we took was approved by her (the customer) and the also the "expert tech". when she has arrived to pick the car up was in working condition and the customer has acknowledged it in writing, although made a very obnoxious scene about how incompetent we were in her and her "expert tech's" opinion. Later she has filed a complaint with the BBB which was closed when we have sent in all the docsof the repair.
