I recently ordered flowers from this florist. First of all they did not have the materials necessary for an arrangement I saw on their webpage and wanted to order so I settled on another arrangement, I was having it delivered less than 1 mile from the shop. That is why I chose them. She never said anything about delivery charges, Upon getting the bill I saw that the delivery charge was $9.00 which I thought was extremely high for a short distance. If I would have known it was that high I would have picked up and delivered myself. I called and spoke with the store and after a short deliberation she said she would credit me back $5.00 which I never received. The flowers were nice the day they were sent and started turning brown the second day. I will never order from this florist again and would never reccomend them to anyone. ...read more
