Got highlights and a cut there for the first time. I went in on a coupon special. My dark brown hair was bleached bright orange and when I complained that my hair length was uneven she called it "assymetrical." I went to my old hair salon to get the color fixed, but what ever they used left my usually shiny hair dry and unmanageable. They also charge extra for every little thing. I wish I could give this place no stars! I went in to use a student discount, and sadi I wanted som emore highlights and add a caramel gloss. She left the bleach in like 5 minutes. My hair turned orange and used a toner, which she made me pay for. It looked awful for my fist day of class. The girl that dod my hair was really rude to me when I complained. They finally gave comp highlights, but now my really long hair is breaking off in clumps and the low lights she gave me are ruining my clothes. The dye keeps running. Really ruined my hair. They messed up color. I went a blonde and out a brunette, not my choice and argued with me about what I asked for. I went in for a complimentary redo. NOw my hair is all breaking off and brittle!! ...read more
