The staff are just atrocious to deal with. Every consecutive visit gets worse and worse, and this place has been around for years. In the past I have only gone if I utterly had no choice- and every experience was horrible. The doctors are unhelpful and brusque, putting true term into "Doc in a Box". But worse than that is the staff. The front desk is always staffed with miserable people who give you attitude and won't help you. Aside from the doctors not listening to you or properly checking you out, the office staff is HORRIBLE. Rude, unhelpful, and they openly speak ill of patients in front of other patients. Someone needs to get in charge over there and rework the ENTIRE office. Something needs to be done about the staff and the doctors. I have been going to Dr. Vitali for about 15 years and I could not ask for a more thorough diagnostocian and general doctor and genuine nice guy. All the staff is helpful and laughs at my jokes.
