I would never recommend this company. They took down my moms fence and replaced it with out her permisson simply because her neighbor hired them. In all the time spent planning with her neighbor they never approached my mom and asked her if it was ok to remove her fence. She simply woke up to find her fence was taken down. When she questioned the installer she was ignored and her neighbor Mr. Cassano simply screamed at her and spent the next year screaming at her when ever she tried to speak to him about removing the fence. When she contacted the owner of Bergen Fence by phone he just screamed at her and told her that his contract was with Mr. Cassano and not her. It should have been obvious to Bergen Fence that the property and fence belonged to my mom since the fence matched the other fencing on 3 sides of her property.The owner was very unprofessional and obnoxious regarding the error that they made of taking down her fence. ...read more
