In June of 2011 my 2nd floor a/c unit stopped working. I called Blue Ridge and the technician replaced the start capacitor and installed a hard start kit. The bill came to $455. In August the 1st floor a/c unit failed. I decided to attempt for resolve the problem myself assuming it had the same issue. I replaced the parts and it worked. The parts cost me under $30.
