Upon return to exchange sweater, owner demands receipt which was immediately provided. Then owner says it won't accept a return after 7 days. Receipt reveals it was the 6th day of purchase. Owner then accused customer of lying regarding usage as an excuse to dishonor request to exchange item saying: "all customers lie." Then store associate pretended to confirm seeing soiled collar of dark burgandy sweater that was never worn after purchase. The pleasant experience during purchase proved out to be phony. Obviously, Soul Fashions could care less about customer satisfaction. Repeat business is not important to them. I would rate them ZERO stars if possible! ...read more
