5-15-2010 Karate World Champion   Sensei Mike Moles of the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed at the Kimura Shukokai International World Karate Championships in Lisbon, Portugal, In May. Mike won the gold medal in Men's Veteran Kumite (fighting), and is now a four-time Shukokai world champion. 3-14-2010 NEW SPRING CROP OF BLACK BELTS IN ORADELL  Congratulations are in order for Jacqueline Raguindin – 1 Degree, Karen Balasny – 2 Degree and Neal Balasny – 2 Degree, on recently achieving their Black Belt Promotions in Kimura Shukokai Karate. They all train at the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell.June 2010 NEW BLACK BELTS IN ORADELL Congratulations to Masaki McLellan, Jennifer Mei and Alexander Eckert (not pictured) on recently achieving their 1st Degree Black Belts in Kimura Shukokai Karate.  They recieved this honor during June 2009 and all train at the Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell.   Dec 2009 ORADELL KARATE TOURNAMENT WINNERSFour students from the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed in the Shukokai National Karate Tournament, December 5, 2009, held in Fords, NJ.  The Kumite and Kata winners are Jacqueline Raguindin – Gold&Silver; Medals, Yoshiki Kakehi – Silver Medal, Kyle Balasny – Two Gold Medals and Alec Balasny – Two Gold Medals.  They All Looked Great!   May 2009 Karate Tournament Winners Four students from the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed in the Shukokai National Karate Tournament on May 30, 2009.  The Kumite and Kata winners are Alexander Eckert - Bronze Medal Kumite, Meagan Abanto – Two Gold Medals Kumite&Kata, Kyle Balasny – Gold & Silver Medals Kata & Kumite and Alec Balasny – Gold & Silver Medals Kumite & Kata.   Dec 2008 Karate Champions Congratulations to Sensei Mike Moles of the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center, Oradell. Sensei Mike competed at the Kimura Shukokai International World Karate Tournament held in Zurich, Switzerland in July 2008.  Sensei Mike won 1st Place (Gold) in Men's Veteran's Kumite (Fighting).  Sensei Mike is now a Three-Time Shukokai World Champion.Jacqueline Raguindin, a second-degree brown belt, from the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed at the Shukokai National Karate Tournament in Fords, New Jersey on December 7. 2008.  Jacqueline won first place in both divisions of Women's Kumite (fighting) and Kata (forms).  She is 14 years old and traded up to the women's division. ...read more
