The only person helpful at the Management office was Gladys the receptionist and now she's gone. Fast forward to moving out. There was mold on the ceiling in almost every room. My hallway ceiling started leaking from the smoke detector and could never get anyone to come out to fix it. They kept most of my security deposit trying to say I moved a month early when my lease was in fact up. I called several times to speak to Blanca from August to December and never once received a call back. Here it is 2 months after I moved and still trying to get the security deposit they were giving me back. I must say that Calello Agency and his owner is a very fair and considerate person. I am a former employee of his agency approximately 15-16 years ago. I learned so much working with this man. Many people don't know that he started with nothing and his dedication to his business and family has made him who he is. I have not visited any of his buidling in a very long time. However, I will assure you that his dedication to his buildings is excellent. He wants to make sure that the building that he owns are in livable condition and that he keeps the thugs and people that cheat the system out. He would much rather provide apartments to people that are hard work, clean, that take pride of where they live and that respect his properties.
