Hello, My name is Luis E. Rivera Martinez resident in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico sent this email because I need to verify that it is charging me $ 14.99 monthly from my Visa. I do not remember doing any business with you requiring that monthly payment amount. I had not realized until now that charge for this comes in the monthly report that comes to my wife. When my wife notices into the bank account and I noticed that you are charging the above amount since January 2012, according to the information that I can see in the bank's system. It may be that this payment is being executed before, but the data in the system will not let me see the 2011. Please I need to verify that happened and report back to me, because the purchases I make online always pay in full and then I make a partial payment to the card, that has always been my system.
