I ditto the message from 2007 by appalled96. They did the same thing to me. They did not inform me they were keeping my security deposit. They then called after I made an appointment on a Friday to have the wall removed informing me that they won't be refunding the deposit since I didn't call a month in advance (26 days was not good enough). Clearly after 3 years with the wall that was not on my mind. Then I took off work on that friday and no one came! They told me I was wrong and they were coming Monday, which I would never have agreed to since I am not in NYC then.
